If you're not completely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase, at any time, send an email to info@adventureandy.com, and we'll promptly refund or replace your order, no questions asked.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we think you will be.

If you want a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If it's been more than 15 business days since we’ve initiated your refund, please contact us at info@adventureandy.com.

We’re happy to stand by this guarantee under every reasonable circumstance, but if we believe it’s being misused, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
